Excellent service. Cordial staffs, got 2 sets of specs after proper eye checkup at store. Staffs take extra care to ensure that the fit and finish of the items are accurate. Would definitely visit again.

One of the best eye check up experience with precision. They check it better than other eye test centres. Lens quality of 2100rs is the best for short term usage of 1 year. Even better that we can put titan lens in an external frame bought outside the store. Titan allows this. They even check the build quality of external frame bought. Nd suggest. So humbs up always. Go visit a Titan store u will understand it yourself.

courteousness staff and good ambience. The store has good variety of fresh stock. Staff never try to hard sell products. Overall a good place for fair price spec & lense purchase.

very bad experience i ordered contact lenses on 19-8-20, i didnt receive my contact lens yet,its 10 days now since i ordered and they gave me a number to contact, whenever i am calling they are not even receiving, they are not even answering the land phone. usually wenever i order contact lenses i get it within 2-3 days from other store, but this store service is really very bad.
