Visited this place twice - first day the technician had left late evening and I was asked to come the next day. And on visiting, I was informed that the technician is not coming as he has developed fever!!! I was aghast!! Is this how a trusted and reputed brand works???nPathetic

Had a great experience in the store. Nice ambience, good infrastructure, very polite stuffs, good quality of frames and the eye testing quality is also very good. Special mention to Optometrist Baisakhi, who checked my eyes with care. She answered my quarries calmly. I'm thankful to her. Definitely recommend everyone.
