Very good building in remote ( Koraput ) of Odisha with nice scenery .nAt present the Medical College is not that famous in this area due to lack of facilities / experienced staff .nPeople of this undivided district still prefer to go to Visakhapatnam ( Andhra Pradesh ) in case of emergencies and other necessary Health check up .

Saheet laxman Nayak medical college is a new college started in 2016 and is fantastic place with great scenery and weather.nIt is situation in the hill station of koraput.nIt is surrounded by great natural beauty and it provides very good health care facilities for the tribal as well as the local and near by places of koraput.nnAt the beginning the students strength was 100 seats.nNow it's upgraded to 150.nnCurrently it has 300beds for patients..nAnd has medical ICU of 20 beds.nSurgery ICU of 10 bedsnPediatric ICU of 10 bedsnGynec ICU of 10 beds andnA 10 beded intensive critical care ICUnnIt comes under BERHAMPUR UniversitynnIt is near to the city of vizag.nThe nearest airport being visakhapatamnnIt's th first medical college in Koraput- balangir- kalahandinnIt has hostel facilities for the students and also has houses for the facilities.nnMLT ( medical lab technology ) is also offered here.nnIt provides a great help for the tribal people of the near by places..nnIt provides free treatment for the patients.nIt is well connected by roadway and also by railways.nnStudents are taken from the National examination of NEET examination.nnHope this information is helpful to you.

Very worst service here and so unhygienic environment.Public relationship is so bad . The service staff not attending the admitted the patient properly. The minor case are refer to vizag.
