The Hot Chocolate here used to be very good. Today it was really awful. I was utterly disappointed. Hope they improve again. :(((

I know Hot Breads is a great place. I love it so much for the quality bread, cakes & pastry, but I want to make a point ESPECIALLY during this COVID scenario. Hope this review reaches the people running Hot Breads.nnPlease give some paper or clothe bag to your delivery order (example: Swiggy). I don't want the delivery people touching every single item of my food order, especially at this difficult time. Could you please consider this request? Thanks!nn~ A worried customer.
