We are very thankful for nurses like her, being in a different country away from family is very hard, but people like her make it easier. Very bad experience.nFew days ago my wife got heart attack and she have been died front of emergency of Fortis Escorts in Amritsar. i told to doctor who was in emergency, please give her CPR , because, her heart was just stucked before 15 ,20 second .but in emergency there was no responsible Doctor. there was only helper of doctors and they didn't give CPR ,even i told to them please please give CPR to her.but unworthy helper did only ECG and they did time waste. even her heart was stucked.they should have given CPR. i did CPR to her in front of them .they only staring on us.she can wakeup after CPR, because she was only 42 years old .she was young .she could come back .but doctor was absent in emergency and there nurses and helper didn't do anything.there guard did misbehaviour with us.very shame for doctors of big hospital Fortis Escorts Amritsar.nWhy you do this Dr.H.P Singh ?sir , I'm officer but i dont want to tell something about me. Pathetic is the word for Fortis, Amritsar. People who are reading this please do not waste your time Or money here. Highly irresponsible. Since I live in Pathankot, with some reference, in advance we had a word with hospital authorities regarding the availability of room and we informed, that we will be there by 6.30pm with a covid positive patient with pneumonia. We were told that the double occupancy room is ready since single room was not available at that time as we had requested.nnWe went to emergency nd they gave us a slip that we had to take to the reception.. I asked them if I can get the patient from the car.. Buh they told me that NO they will get the patient from car.nSo, I went to the reception and did all the paper work and deposited 50k, the room was alloted too.nNow I was asked to go back to emergency and show them the slip.. It was already 7.10pm doing all the formalities.nNow! in ER I handed over the papers and asked them to get the patient from the car as his fever had risen upto 104°F and was very uneasy sitting for so long in the car. But ER people were not concerned. They were just ignoring. I requested them again and again to please take the patient but to no avail. Instead they ask me to wait outside.. I kept waiting another half an hour or more.. Nd I requested again to please take the patient he is not well. But they don't reply anything.. They were so LOST... as if they didn't knew anything.. Just looking at each other...Nd Finally at 8.30pm since they were doing nothing. I took him to another hospital where as soon as we reached they atleast took him in. They are a bunch of idiots i'd rather say. Who doesn't know there job.. Who sit and waste there and others time. They don't value life.
