Poor service and over that asking for tips...even charging for water.... geyser not working ...no one came to even check after repeated complaints.

What a stay , pocket friendly rooms. Service part needs some improvement, but overall for a location like gurdaspur it's quite good.

Worst hotel ever! Please don’t waste your money on this hotel because bathroom, rooms are so dirty and I asked him to change my room or clean, but his behaviour is very rude and didn’t even cleaned that room. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND ROOMS

Its a good hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. In Gurdaspur there are not many options for hotel so it is good one as compared to others. Prices are also in budget. Very near to bus stand and market. I will recommend this hotel if you are nearby. It has bar and restaurant too.nAnd it has 4 types of room and I didn't stay in basic one that is called standard room so i don't how was that room. And yess as compared to other cities prices are in higher side. But I already mentioned there are not much options in this city.
