Pros:nDoctor sanjeev goel deals in a good way. He explains in a lay man language about the issue.nnCons:nnNo proper sitting arrangements for the persons visiting with patients. Security guard is too harsh. If you are accompanying a patient then they don't allow you to sit with patient while waiting for their turn.nnAnd while check out, receptionist asked me for my phone so that she can add a review on my behalf.nnWow, it seems that most of the reviews are added by the staff itself.
