We stayed in this hotel for seven days after coming back from usa. The room was spacious, well organized and every thing was functional. The room service was very good and food preparation was of very good quality and tasty. Our overall experience was excellent keeping in view that Sangrur is a small town.

Very unprofessional and poor service. Its manager Mr. Sharma is highly notorious person. They have instructed waiters to start serving in main plates (main plates were used as trays) in order to increase plate count. They don't own responsibility of the work done by its vendors. Its better not to deal with them else they will spoil your function.

Guys I went a marriage function in October 2020 .. let me start with parking space.. they have space but no one to give parking directions.. thats y lot of space was wasted n due to which there was scarcity of parking .. secondly cleaning in toilets were just not up to the mark.. there was not cleaner inside to look after its cleaning .. during this pandemic cleaning should be on top priority.. there i have not seen sanitizers at entrance.. staff was not wearing mask.. now comes the food n arrangements.. the only thing I liked is spontaneous serving at ur tables .. u dont have to go to the stalls for anything..all was served on tables...only issue was starters were served in tissues.. they could have atleast arrange paper plates for that... food was OK types .. staff was friendly.. overall average experience...
