Raj mandir is great if you want to visit and have fun time. It is no doubt one of the best cinema Halls in Jaipur. The interiors is mind blowing, sound and screen is good too. The height of the seats is very much parallel to the ground. You have to keep your head up all the time to see the screen, which eventually will give you a nice neck pain after you go out. The other and the main problem is the audience and crowd there is too disgusting. People will begin to shout in between the show, some even dance. My first and only experience in this hall was pretty bad after the interval (till the first half it was wonderful). There was a family behind us who kept talking, shouting. On the right, 6-7 boys started dancing, shouting. 4-5 very small kids were sitting around. Some crying, some playing. People would start walking in front of the screen. I just wanted to get out of the hall as soon as the movie ends.

This is a movie theatre located in the heart of the city ....better known for elegant movie experience.nThis was opened in 1971 with the purpose to provide its audience a royal feel in a palace and so complete entertainment.nThis theatre is owned by reputed old Jewellers family of Jaipur and since opening witnessed many premieres of movies.nThe architecture which is Art Deco style to interiors which are classic all things fantastic...still rolling curtains are functional here.nIt is a single screen cinema hall and as a regulars we never miss visiting whenever we are in this beautiful city...gives a charming and nostalgic feeling.nnMust visit place if your in jaipur. Excellent lighting in the waiting hall and inside the theatre too. Amazing architecture. Snacks and food are little costly. But one in a life time experience.

Raj Mandir Cinema is a movie theatre in Jaipur in Rajasthan state in India. Situated on the Bhagwan Das Road, near M.I. Road, the meringue-shaped auditorium opened in 1976, and over the years has seen many movie premieres of Hindi films, and has become a popular symbol of Jaipur.
