A big market in the heart of Gangtok city. The building is studded with various type of shop. From vegetables to clothes you can find almost all type of clothes. The rooftop of the lal market is a hidden treasure. In a clear sunny day you can clearly spot Kanchenjunga. The rooftop has one small coffee shop. So can enjoy the amazing view of Kanchenjunga with a coffee in hand. A must visit place if you are planning to explore Gangok on your own. Check out my photos from rooftop.

A typical old local market..... If you want to explore local clothing and organic foods and vegetables and locally made food then this is the place to visit..... It is connected to MG road market it's a 3-4 floor market..... There isn't much options here.... It's like a old shopping centre

Located at the centre of Gangtok town. One can shop anything and everything in this market. Rates are very reasonable

There is a old shoping complex where you can find every groceri items and there is fast-food and vegetables and everything you could find.
