Staff behaviour is fine .Usually there is high waiting line.So,it's best to go early at opening of office time so you get free from rush.

Do release buy cha room is good and clean but very small.nAnother is import do is very very late release. If one import bill delive order if buy morning go then get do evening or night. Office working staff is very slow working. Harsh behavior. No token system. Do counter total 3 staff they were very understanding but no use for clearing agent. Office situated very far away from main customs. Mambam.t nagar. Me suggestion is all line in one building near customs office like Tuticorin port. If hapav Lloyd office going any give to staff all staff not interested to go. Me personally request is supplier not give business this line. Then every thing going smoothly. Who is good service give that line give business
