The Guest Hospital

I live in choolaimed. This is the nearest and best hospital for me. I am a diabetic for the past 15 years, I do my regular visits to this Hospital. It’s become a part of my routine, I block it in my calendar and now my sugar levels are completely under control. I just follow what the diabetologist says, nothing more, nothing less. They have the capability to treat but they will attend you if you spend lot. Some of medicines given in ICU taken back to medical and again selling.

One of the best hospital in the area. I used to consult my family Doctor in K.S.Hospital (just few blocks away opposite to Pachaippa College). Since they have closed down couple of years ago, my family doctor gives consultation here. So I visit here to consult him, and he takes care of patient good. Since it's a multi speciality hospital they do have specialists and they give consultations. The cost is also nominal, which is very important factor in serving community, and my wishes to management to keep it that away. They could improve further facility for patience like additional seating where my doctor gives consultation next to ER. Hope they upgrade and improve further in serving society in the years to come.

Dr.Jayachandran and Dr.Karthick Jayachandran of The Guest hospital, kilpauk, Chennai are the best doctors of Urology. They removed my 18mm calculus with ease. Very bad experience during delivery of my wife.nLabor room was not clean, it was cleaned only after the doctor came and shouted at the staff. Sutures kept ready in the labor room were expired, again doc had to shout and had to arrange for a fresh one. No proper facilities in the labor room for which when asked they said the doctor mainly does only C- section delivery so we don't keep the labor room ready. The patient was there in the hospital for over 4 hrs and still they didn't feel the need to have the labor room ready. No proper response by the nurses. Had to call them again and again to attend to the patient. During the first delivery of my wife we faced no issues but this time it was a really horrible. And when I told them the issue I faced, all they said was sorry and gave so called HUGE discount of Rs. 200/- on the bill... Extremely disappointed with the experience and attitude of the people in regards to health care.

It was totally embarrassing and irritationnI am the so call client for past two year ..nBut when I take my cousin there tonight due to his sever stomach pain..at around 1.40am.nAt first when I reach the hospital the door was close from inside.. and the security help us call up the person to open it.nAnd when we enter ..nthe lady who is in receptionntell us to wait ..nWe wait and later on one nurse turn up and call us..who is the patient..nI reply it's my cousin I point it.nShe call us inside..nI explain to her obout my cousin but she didnt response anything..nOnly thing she response was .nwait doctor will come.nWe say ok. And we wait but time is running on and my cousin is in pain..nAfter waiting for some several minute that very nurse says that doctor is not available tonight.nI ask why ..you say doctor will come so we wait..and I am not new to this hospital ..I refer this hospital to my friend and even I bring patient personal too..but clearly I mention to that nurse and the receptionist .. that I will not explore this hospital to any of my fellow people..anymore.nThis should not happen to a patient.nLatly after I have to take my cousin to some other hospital which I am not familiar..and I am totally upset with it..then.
