Orthomed hospital

I am here to share a wonderful service level experience about a staff in the hospital not about the hospital.nnMy father has completed a orthopedic procedure in his right shoulder in the hospital and doing fine since we went through a insurance cover at first I thought it will be so much hindrance to settle and claim my bill..but that thought been made false by a wonderful staff in the hospital so called miss abinaya he made my work very easy she helped me so much in the documentation part claim settlement approval form filling and even in discharge summary from A to Z she taken care of us so well and her service level gesture is top mark which I havent seen in any hospital so far..nI would recommend the hospital management to give her good compensation and promotion for her well deserved work in customer satisfaction and service.I would give even more than 10 stars for her dedicated passion towards her work and follow up.thank you

I had lots of problems in covid 19 treatment of my full family of 5 members for which I complained after discharge.the admin manager mrs Jayanthi did full justice to her role function and resolved the issue in a truly professional manner.her name and contact number must be boldly displayed at every prominent place so that aggrieved patientsnand attenders will helpave immediate access to her and nip the problem in the bud.every staff must be advised to escalate all problems to her.nCharging excessively on PPE kits must be avoided I strongly feel since not only me the reviews also speak of the same

Worst hospital ever they charged a bill of 8 lakhs for 13 days of icu treatment and they did not provide proper treatment for covid lung problem made the patient's condition worse and at the last minute they informed us to switch to a different hospital.the nursing staffs in the covid ward is so worse that a govt hospital staff would have served better.A worst experience at the hospital and worst treatment i would never suggest anyone to take this hospital for covid treatment.

My humble request,don't take treatment from Royapet orthomad hospital. Its fully money minded and giving worst treatment

Went to Orthomed hospital for Covid treatment. They didn't even measure the body temperature. Nurse/attenders are not responsive. Thank God I didnt have any kind of emergency. They are just money making machines. They charged me 24000 just for masks and ppe kits for 3 days and when asked they told the doctors and nurses have to change the masks and kits whenever they visit a patient. But they use same masks and kits to attend every patients. Worst hospital i have ever been.
