Apollo Cradle Maternity & Children's Hospital in Chennai

Thanks to all staff of women's hospital for their help all staff and nurses are very good.specifically i want to thank ms Paromita for her guidance and I appreciate her friendly behavior with patient.

Had a great experience. We had a baby boy and the team was fantastic. Especially Dr. Vasanthi and Dr. Jk Reddy

I had my delivery in this hospital in Feb'20. My doctor was experienced and friendly and the nurses too are very experienced and helpful (especially nurses in the Nursery room); in that aspect my experience was really good. But admin needs to improve a lot (the least that can be done for the fees we are expected to pay). I'm sharing the issues I faced.n1. Post delivery one week follow up appointment was scheduled but there was NO COMMUNICATION when the doctor is on leave (not even a text message stating doctor is on leave). I had to go all the way there with that health just to know doctor is off.n2. No proper parking facilities.I had to park my car in streets many a times.n3. Drivers surround you for money after discharge post delivery.n4. Room maintenance is average, they don't clean even if you ask them to.n5. Catering service too is average.n6. There was a senior doctor visiting once. She was really rude, treating patients inappropriately. Doctors are expected to be polite and guide where required especially first time mothers and not show their power in the hospital.

Had an excellent service mainly I felt because of my Dr.Sumana Manohar.A well experienced doctor with excellent team members along with her.She took appropriate decision at proper time which made my delivery easy and the care given and giving even after child birth was superb.Thank you Appolo Cradle especially my doctor Sumana Manohar and all who took care of me and my baby with extreme care and safe even during this crucial corona period.
