The doctors are always ready to answer all your questions. Dr Naresh (our head paediatrician) is always patient enough to listen to our problems and explain each and everything. Dr Kinisha is a go-to person who loves kids and would make you feel like it's her kid. My daughter got her liver transplant done here and I am very satisfied. Dr Rela is the best surgeon and there is no doubt about that.

Very good hospital for Delivery especially in this Covid-19 situation.nnExcellent professionals especially consultant Dr.Yogashalini (Obstetrics department) , Dr Iswara Raja and Dr Velmurugan (neonatologist) : they handled all the related process hassle free. Yogashalini madam was very confident and friendly which helped us clarify all our thoughts. She instiled the same confidence in us.nnRoom facility was also very good. We (Husband and myself alone) were able to pull it through with the support from the nursing staff's and other related support staffs. Good food was given timely by following proper diet chart by a dietician and was nutritious also. Proper screening for Covid is being done at the entrance and hospital is keen in maintaining the same caution inside too.nnOverall we got good care from the Consultants and nursing staffs.nnTo mention as areas of improvements are :n1) No place to dry your laundry especially for new born babies, we cant dry out the cloths in bathroom. A drying area is a must.n2)Billing team needs to be more attentive towards the details included in the bill as we had to correct the bill by checking manually from our end.

The one word - Excellent.nnI came to here with my 3 years 8 months son. He had to go through Liver Transplant. Although we all know it is a very very critical surgery , however when you come to this hospital for your loved ones for this surgery , you never feel that. The very first day interaction with Dr Jagdeesh and Dr Naresh was amazing. The level of confidence you get from them , you never feel that your loved one will go through such a critical treatment. Starting from the Transplant Coordinator - Shiva and Mani - a great helping persons I have met ever.nnI never seen god , however I have seen Dr. Prof Mohammad Rela. Such a nice person and definitely God to the parent like us , he and his expert Liver Transplant team gave second birth to my kid. I donot know how to express but he is a god of Liver Transplant. The hospital takes utmost care for your transplant needs, a group of extremely talented professional surgeon , doctor , Nurse (Sandhya and others) , Dr Kinisha , Dr. Sonal - Just amazing.nnLastly Wanted to say thanks to Nisha mam for all her support ,nnThis is THE BEST LIVER TRANSPLANT HOSPITAL .nThe hospital who understand you and not run after money. Excellent covid 19 care in and around tamabram area. When other private hospitals in chengalpet to tambaram area weren't admitting my father due to his covid and other complications, Rela Institute accepted him for admission and took great care of him. Its been a month and he is still happily sharing with us how the hospital staff were there to answer every time he rang the bell. Great job!
