Not recommended.very bad experience. Treated badly a 65years old man. No polite service and hospitality.nThe way they treated a person tested positive for covid (literally pushing out ) . We have not opted any free services everything is paid off. The stress and depression he went through is unbearable.nA kind advice to the institute don't ever again treat patient this much low.nHighly not recommended for hospitality service.

We reached hospital after getting appointment from 250 km away for my aunty consultation but the service was very poor. We got senior doctor appointment at 9.00 AM but they charged first Rs1800 in that Rs. 1000 for doctor consultation but we waited long time but no one came. I approached reception many times but the response was too poor. Receptionist told to consult trainee doctor. I told I got appointment for senior doctor but now your allotted to some one. They told just information collocation purposes then doctor will come. I asked junior doctor after collection of information when will your doctor visit us. She replied that doctor will not come . I told atleast you allot other senior doctor but receptionist told without that doctor concern we could not allot other doctor. Then I come to know that by keeping his name, they are charging money. That hospital is full of money minded. If someone not having money, Pl don't go better look other hospital .nnWe wasted money almost Rs. 7800 including taxi expenses, hospital wastage and food expenses.nnTotally my aunty got resentment.

Very Good ,caring doctors and nurses. Good testing facilities at reasonable cost.

Will not recommend this hospital for anybody. They make us wait for a minimum of 4 hrs in the name of rules and policy. Absolutely poorly managed, zero respect for patients, zero respect for time. The support staff do not know how to address a patient, they are outright rude. I don't know why they take pride in a full waiting hall. They make such a big deal out of appointments but they don't keep up to it at all. A patient coming in at 8am can only see the doctor 12am, I don't understand the logic behind this. And a lot of useless formalities. Stressful and unfriendly environment with a lot of negative energy!

Very worst hospital......If u want to save ur life..... Dont come to these hospital
