Money Robber worst insurance desk they are collecting deposit money from patients for all CT scans even for cashless services & during insurance final settlement they are not ready to give us back the deposit amount which was collected without any valid reason.nnAll tests are taken & medical records are maintained perfectly only for claiming money from the insurance not for providing service to the patient.nnThis hospital is mainly suitable for people who is ready to spend more & more money without asking questions are only eligible to have best service at Prime Indian hospital.

I was done covid treatment here, unprofessional staffs.., room rent and facilities too high,nTreatment and doctor care also waste

Dr.Anes Jayaprakash took great care and helped to recover from the issue. He was so kind enough to listen all my queries and concerns and addressed them. The nurses and other supporting staffs were very kind and helpful. I suggest this hospital to everybody for their care and support. Food provided at the hospital was very good and healthy with lot of immunity boosters

I had a really worst experience with this hospital. My father was admitted, he had really normal issues but they told it was serious and they wont tell us anything, only bills were given. In few days he became really critical and in the end we decided to switch hospital. After switching he was okay and we never forgot what we went through. The weirdest part is he was okay in the very same when we switched. Heavy medication, nobody would tell anything, Too many bills and only their pharmacy had those medications.

We had very worst experience with insurance desk. My father in law was admitted in this hospital last month, but actual treatment for his illness was not given. Without taking swab test they have concluded that he his affected and treated attender very badly by often referring as covid patient attender and not to enter in the insurance area(then how will we raise insurance related queries). They have not initiated insurance claim for 5 days and they have taken swab test only after 3 days from the date of admission and it was negative. Post that also they have not given actual treatment for his illness. They have given general vitamin medicines and no improvement in his health after getting discharged from hospital, though he was hospitalised for one week.They have charged very huge amount. They have utilized Covid sit nation for making money.
