Friendly management, friendly colleagues, no job pressure and overall good company.nnCons:nLocation, poor mud roads, plastic chairs for employees, no proper rest rooms, small godown with lots of insects.nSmall advice to the management, try to get a new office space, consider employees health conditions, how people walk on that flooded mud roads with lots of pits??

Overall the company in paalpannai, Trichy and the employees are good, but the path was very poor better they can relocate to some other places
