2016 we brought a sofa from their showroom. 2016 end we went to states by leaving our packed stuff home and came back to India in 2019.n2020 May end we contacted the showroom to change the fabric of our sofa, though it is brand new but my husband never liked the beige color in living area.nWe visited the showroom to check on fabric, selected 3 (under 800 Rs Mtr)and requested the showroom to share the quotation.nNext day this girl messaged me that we will charge 95K plus GST (Approx 1.20L).nPhew, they sold the Sofa at 1.5L and now asking for 1.2L to change the fabric.nI requested her to speak with the Manager or thr owner and get back to us with revised rates.nNext day she messaged that you can pay 75k plus GST.nARE THEY EVEN SERIOUS? IS THIS SOME JOKE?nneven if 25 Mtrs of Fabric is used, still it stands at 25K plus Showroom crages to change the fabric. But they refused to share the breakup.nWhen such showrooms sell the items, they go all out to give you fab experience but aftersales they fail misreably.nVery bad attitude of the showroom staff and the owner.
