The interior of the experience store is very good. The product designs are awesome. Staff also assists really well. Great ideas to grab.

In short, order your product, pay for it and then forget about it coming home. This is my story, I ordered product 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. They are interested only in selling the product but not delivering it. Companies train sales men on how to sell products, here they train on how to lie. I was told every possible lie I could hear and these are a few I could remember. I bought it because I was told it will be delivered in 15 days. Next, the sales men forget to place my order, next someone at the manufacturing location had covid so they left work. At first I felt sorry and prayed for their safety. Then, covid again and this time whole location was under sanitization. Next, product was on the road but had to be called back for sanitization. Next, quality check failed so product was sent back. When it was on the road already I didn't know how the quality check failed. Next and finally I was told the product was on the road again and this time delivery vehicle broke down. And now no one answered my call. A minimum of 2 hour wait time to speak to customer care and when they finally answer north Indian customer service apparently doesn't know about south indian shipments was what I was told. Nobody seem to care about customer loyalty or satisfaction here.

We bought sofas, dining unit, wardrobes and cots from wooden street. Mr. Adhi of Miyapur studio was very helpful in selecting the items and making sure that the furniture we chose are delivered without significant delay. The units were manufactured precisely as we ordered and professionally assembled. Very good service and support. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the furniture.

Probably the best furniture store in Hydrabad, super friendly staff, great discounts.nI bought the coffee table for my sister and she loved it and want to shop more from wooden street.
