Hi, I am from Hyderabad. I bought a recliner from HomeTown and unfortunately there was a quality issue in the product material. I raised a complaint on 25th July against complaint id #13xxx51. Its open for 3 months and there are no updates. They are giving excuse that the material is out of stock and needs to procured. I have been following for such a long but unfortunately every time the concerned support person will claim to be personally handling this issue and get it to resolution. I dont understand did I purchase a branded company product or local manufacturer. #shame, #Shameonyou

BEWARE!!!!!!!! Guys do not buy anything from Hometown online . I bought one wooden item . When I opened it it was Damaged and Old . When I requested them to return it and send me the new one they are just making accuses . That we are very sorry and will forward your issue to concern team. But it’s been 17 days and in every mail they are just keep on repeating the same thing no one is replying that when will they return. They have surely hired uneducated people who don’t even know how to reply . Just copy pasting the same msg.nTheir customer care number is also pathetic there is always 20 mins hold time.nMy money got stuck I don’t know what to donnAlways go for AMAZON when it comes to online . Immediate money refund and return.nnSo so disappointed

It's been more than a month that we ordered furniture. Tired of calls and emails. Horrible customer service, wait time atleast 35 minutes. Ordered from Gachibowli branch, manger after failing to deliver in the commited time first gave excuse of the furniture being in contamination area later told will give us a call back in a weeks time. Today he was supposed to call and let us know the progress. He did not call, when we called he gave excuse that his phone is formated and he lost contacts and is at the mobile store and will call back in an hour. Now hia phone is switched of.nManager name: Gangadhar
