Excellent sales team, lucrative deals & discounts, nice collection but nothing helps you after you pay your hard earned money. After sales service is amiss (rather traumatic), delivery guys taunts you for 'chai paisa'. Spending over 3L on recliners/sofas & dining table, I realized that I took a wrong decision. I was fooled for leather sofa and they sent a leatherette one. After couple of years, Sofa started tearing and literally took a month for them to send a guy to verify & fix. Even after spending 10K on it, it didn't last few months. Then I reached again, but this time only promises, they never sent anyone for repair. So I managed to grab a local person and he managed it quite well - in fact he did fabulous job (replaced the pads too for 15K, they quoted 25K for the same). Even after a year, the sofa is in excellent shape and for the first time I feel that I did good with the furniture - ditch them, and choose local person who has excellent skills but no sales team. Local makers are good and they can make nice sofas then any of the biggest makers in the city!nnNote: Dining table itself is another was a nightmare - but don’t want to mention it here because I don’t want spend few more mins on them.

Don't let the good looks of the store or the over polite staff fool you.nAll is fun until you select the furniture and pay for it. Then you'll just have to hope and wait for them to send the furniture you actually payed for. They take advantage of customers from other cities and send poor quality furniture. We were understanding of the logistic difficulties during covid lockdown and waited.. and after the lockdown was lifted we had to go personally and request them to deliver the furniture that was payed for. At the end of the month we received some random piece that we haven't even seen and when we requested them to replace this, there is no response from them. Even the seams of the upholstery ripped out within 2 months. Disappointed for choosing this store to furnish our house.nI kindly request the management to look into the issues with your customer service.

An extensive and wonderful collection of home and office furniture. They are in this business around 5 decades and are selling their products with full confidence on the quality. Recommended place to visit.
