I purchased a 3 seater recliner from hometown inorbit mall Hyderabad, which was delivered on 1st of September 2020 in a defective condition.. where only one recliner is operative, on the day of delivery itself it was given on written that the item is defective on the delivery copy, and they were suppose to send the service person to check on the next day,, since then no one cared no one called and nobody followed up on the matter even after me calling several times and asking.. so people please before buying an expensive product from this place think twice as I am suffering alot. This people gives a shitt about their customers once the money is paid..it is a shameful thing from a branded shop like this. Never buying again...

BEWARE!!!!!!!! Guys do not buy anything from Hometown online . I bought one wooden item . When I opened it it was Damaged and Old . When I requested them to return it and send me the new one they are just making accuses . That we are very sorry and will forward your issue to concern team. But it’s been 17 days and in every mail they are just keep on repeating the same thing no one is replying that when will they return.nnThey have surely hired uneducated people who don’t even know how to reply . Just copy pasting the same msg.nTheir customer care number is also pathetic there is always 20 mins hold time.nMy money got stuck I don’t know what to donnAlways go for AMAZON when it comes to online . Immediate money refund and return.nnSo so disappointed

I bought a cupboard at hometown, Inorbit mall. The product got delivered quickly and also assembled immediately. The service at hometown is immaculate. Special thanks to Mr. Vishnu and Mr. Sharan for assembling the product much before time. I am happy with my decision to shop at hometown for all my household furniture. Thank you.

Worst coordination worst communication,please don’t go to hometown in orbit mall,people here don’t respond for u on time,only satisfactory things were kitchen and in-house carpenter work,never ever give them wardrobes n factory made wood works other than kitchen,they charge so high n don’t give u quality material,now they have few works left at our home but they are not responding now,I have spent almost 15 lakhs to them but they don’t respond to there prime customers please don’t go they have worst coordination in doing ur works only the person I appreciate are rudraksh in that store,worst fellow is that manager raju he is such a dumb,don’t know who had made him manager of store,n that store incharge south incharge Umamaheshwar Rao don’t even care in to contact when I asked to give some time of meeting with me such an useless
