Please don't get fooled by their ads. I ordered a Sofa a month back with a delivery promise of 10-15 days and have still not received it. They are not even responding to my emails or calls about cancelling it.nOrder no: 13250971

Made big blunder in purchasing in evok for 54000/- just thinking of brand Hindware quality. Have purchased online for bed and mattress. It got delivered on 28th since then I have been trying to return or refund.n1st Problem: King size Bed they say it’s all wood in online but made of MDF which bendsnn2nd Problem: used or wrong mattress size has been delivered . Very Cheap service after several calls and emails to evok customer care on the issue. No one is looking for anythingnnPLEASE NEVER EVER BUY IN EVOK.innBetter to buy in Amazon/Flipkart with decent return policy

We have purchased premium leather electric recliner sofa set (3+1+1) in 2017. At that time, they said it's leather sofa, now it's started peeling leather. Showroom closed in Hyderabad and customer care number is disconnecting frequently. Worst material they have used.

Worst customer Care. They don’t respond at all. I purchased recliner set here and entire sofa got peeled off. I called them for repair and waiting for them to respond since a month.

I purchased a sofa and they charged extra by mistake . Did not return tge cash back and instead said ibcan use that as store credit. Unfortunately bthe store is now closed
