This place is okay. It's not too good, not too bad. A little dark and dingy. A little doing up of the ambience will really help. Food is quite good. The cold coffees are highly recommended.

Awful experience!!! The lady serving is not at all trained to understand customers woes..Staff needs to be trained and if i talk about Customer Service then it's pathetic!!

Ambience is very bad & smelly. One staff member is doing all the work including cleaning. Found cockroaches in the cafe.Maintenance is too bad. Food taste is also worst.

Nice and cozy. Friendly staff and good service. Best for a hangout with friends. Must try their Alphonso drink.
