Visited twice post the below review and they are now very clear about their offers. Service excellent as usual.nnAm a regular at BP and got a promotional message which mentioned 50% off if availed between 10am and 11am via appointment. Called n took an appointment. Got reminder calls and reached on time and availed the service. Post the service was informed that 50% off is valid for a minimum billing of 2000/- which isn't mentioned in the message and neither was I informed on making the appointment. Totally unprofessional and it's not about the money it's about feeling cheated. Sorry never coming back.

It was an absolutely horrible, the service was okay but we had bought a membership worth ₹10500 at this shop during the month of march but due to corona we were not able to access the services, when we went today they not only refused to refund our money but also denied the services. Added to this was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. She was very aggressive and mean and did not let my son leave the shop as we refused to pay extra sums of money. She held my bag and started cussing on us.nOverall it was a huge waste of our money and time. I would not recommend this shop ever in my life. We are going to file a complaint even at the consumer court

Beautiful People is a very professional Salon with well trained staff, seamless appointment booking, one of the best hygiene, very high standard procedures, over all got a 1,999 package for Hair Spa , Hair Cut, Beard Trim and Pedicure, Loved the service. Its been almost an year Beautiful People is my peaceful hide out for 4 hours every month.
