Loved my stay here. You wouldn't expect it, but currently it was a very value for money stay.nnLuxurious stay with very serene and beautiful surroundings. The staff especially front desk were very welcoming and kind.

Hello EveryonenHope you're doing well and staying safe!nnI would like to introduce my issues with Ellaa Hotel gachibowli Hyderabad.nnAccording to General Manager K V Girish, Finance Director Gopal Rao and HR Executive Mahendra Varma words and commitments of Ellaa Hotels Management and as they had forced me to keep resign and they gave me an assurance to pay one month gross salary which sums arounds 61.2k, I had kept my resign in the company but as I was keep on requesting them through emails, phone calls and SMS to provide me atleast 02 month salary (1.22k) Or self join back to duties after reopening of the hotel business of 8th June 2020. But then General Manager Girish again asked me to come to hotel on 25th June 2020 @ 1000 hours am for further discussion. And in the HR room again they forced me to resign and take the above mentioned salary for 01 month. Finally General Manager K V Girish and Finance Director Gopal Rao agreed to pay me one month plus another 5 days salary around 72k for resigning from the job immediately. Really I was scared because GM K V Girish clearly said that they cannot take me back for job and asked me to take 01 month and 05 working days salary of 72k to resign or else they will not give anything due to which I accepted this proposal as I had no option and I was helpless. Because the room door was closed General Manager K V Girish along with Finance Director Gopal Rao and HR Mahendra Varma from Ellaa Management and I was alone sitting in room in front of them and both of them kept pressurizing me then only I resigned to settle my account immediately but after resigning they did not release my Full and final settlement at the same day and they're briefed me to release my F&F Sttelment to my account in next 3 days. But whenever my self talking with them and HR Mahendra Varma, They always said that needs GM, FC sign on F&F which is pending then only they would release my F&F. As I was keep following to them about my F&F but they're making lying promises and stories everytime and now it's going to be completed almost two month but i didn't get my full and final settlement to my account till today and Now General Manager K V Girish has denied to pay me my F&F and GM K V Girish has been directly Challaging me by inviting me to do whatever I can do so as to take legal action also. I don't understand why Ellaa management Harrassing me and not given even single rupees to me since April 2020 also not releasing my F&F and due to pressurized by ellaa management if I will or my family takes any wrong steps then Ellaa Management and above mentioned names from Ellaa Management will be solely responsible for it.nnWarm RegardsnSecurity Manager

While the size and look of the hotel would impress you, the insides didn't impress at all. In my room the linen was dirty, the washroom couldn't get hot water, the shower knob was broken. The set top box of the TV wasn't present, just the remote and dangling cables.

Superb Stay!!nAmazing hotel with peacefull surrounding, great hospitality, polite and humble staff, awesome tasty food, room service quite slow and must visit for the breakfast guys at kabab pavilion! Breakfast with the surrounding nature and beautifully sunrise. I seriously enjoyed my morning meal with coffee(normally like home made)
