Pedicure done by balu is fantastic..nBeautician Shilpa did a great job.. nice and co-operative staff. Over all nice experience. I strongly recommend this place.

Bubbles Hitex has got very good staff and excellent service and ambience. I have been with Bubbles for last 5 years now... I am happy with the quality, services and courteous staff.nOne thing I definitely want them to think of is their exorbitant prices... during the pandemic a 10% increase in rates is surprising.

I am a customer of bubbles ,have been to hyd for a wedding and got a hair spa done in hyd bubbles Hitech city from balraj. It was a great service... He is professional and has great sense of work. His headmassge was so perfect and soothing. I would like to recommend this person for a spa.

I visited bubbles for a keratin treatment two weeks ago. I loved the treatment and it’s perfect but what I didn’t like was the attitude of the staff and my reasons are listed below:nn1. The reason I wanted to get a hair treatment done was because my hair was dry and getting too tangled at the ends. But the hairdresser asked me and quoting his exact words, “ Don’t you comb your hair?” My response obviously slightly offended was “of course I do” and again the response was “Doesn’t look like you come we today!”nn2. The staff while straightening my hair were gossiping negatively in Telugu assuming I don’t understand Telugu about other clients using names! God alone knows what they gossiped about me!nn3. There was a Helper with the main guy who was doing my hair so asked it help from a second one who kept avoiding to come and help.nn4. The helper took 5 minutes to put on a glove while we waited got him to come hold my hair and then guess what he holds my hair with the hand he is not wearing a glove! So much drama for what??nn5. Lastly, he asked me to buy products from there but unfortunately the store didn’t have the shampoo and said I will buy it from an e-commerce website. His response was that they sell fake products without knowing the fact that he was talking to me about the company I work for and have for the last 10years! Said a lot of bad things about it and kept saying only buy it from the parlour after a day or two! Demeaning any organisation because you want the customer to buy only from them is not acceptable!nnBubbles caters to customers who spend a lot of money on the services you provide which is definitely super high but if the staff behaves in this manner, I don’t think I would ever want to return to bubbles or even recommend it! I would rather go to a local vendor who charges me less and provides the best customer service!

Extremely happy with the haircut. Proper sterilisation of everything before use and extremely safe. Shyam did a wonderful job. Definitely recommended!
