O2 used to be the best spa in Hyderabad but since 2019 I have started to hate their services. I have a membership here and initially I got the discount what I was promised but later they started charging me extra. Every time I book an appointment and come, they will make you wait for 30 minutes minimum even if you have an appointment. The front desk staff is so unprofessional and they do not co operate with you.nComing to cleanliness, I would love to give them a 0!nThe bathrooms are not clean, there are foot prints all over and flushes don’t work, showers don’t work.nTry to go to some other place instead of here for your own hygiene and safety.
