Soul Spa and Salon

I went there expecting hight quality service since it looked like a highend salon. I had asked for a clean up and pedicure. So the lady who did the cleanup said the I have lot of Tan on my face and asked me to get a Detan face pack. I said okay. Once all the services are done I paid for them realizing that the prices they show on the book is excluding tax. So be prepared to pay the extra tax amount at the billing counter. Also if you ask for a simple wax they will ask you whether you want a chocolate or milk wax, they will not give a cheaper option which the regular sugar wax. You have to specifically ask for it else you will be paying double the amount. These are not the main issues with salon, after I went home and checked myself in the mirror clearly, I realized that instead of applying Detan pack , she applied bleach on my face which turned all the facial hair to Golden color. If you are paying such high amount of money, you expect a professional to do the service, not some one who is either applied the bleach knowingly just thinking I am naive enough to appreciate them for my fairer skin with out questioning or she did it by mistake.whichver is the reason I had to suffer here. So wen I went back to the salon the owner simply said that my face is like that before the Detan pack itself and they did not do use bleach. After lot of arguing with them I got a refund on just the clean up and pack on the bill and removed all the facial hair by threading there. After 1 week because of threading there are many tiny bumps on my face.nnImagine,you go to a parlor just to be pampered, instead of that ur face is bleached!!! I am never gonna step into that place again.

This place has a good service and is really good in terms of massage. I felt that this place might be a bit more costlier than its actual worth. It is worth a visit if you are keen on getting massages and need relaxation. The customer service is also upto the mark. This place is worth atleast one visit.

Amazing experience at this spa at jubilee hills & Banjara Hills. Service is too good. Very dedicated staff who are very polite. Though the prices are slightly higher, but, comparing with others spa's the pricing is very reasonable and for the kind of service they give, its one of the best and the most comfortable spa's in the twin cities...

My experience was phenomenal. I received a signature massage and the therapist was fantastic. The spa and even salon are clean, upscale decor and very hygenic, overall ambiance is delightful. I will definitely patronize Soul for a variety of services they offer. The results are great!!!!
