Hi All,nnI have taken membership long ago before taking membership I have explained I am regular traveller to out of India. At that the the executive told it will be extendable. After regular follow ups it was extended and the higher official said that you can consume the services full utilization of my paid amount. Suddenly one of the executive called me and said membership will expired in a month but the same I have explained but no use and they are telling after renewal then only amount will be added.In a simple words they don't have coordination between the outlets or they are doing wantedly. Hence requesting all be careful.
