Dear Bharavi doctor , treatment is very bad and not given proper information from staff and reception and receptist behavior very worst. Please change the way of speaking ND coordination with patients.nnHe saying not required test also saying unimportant

The below I faced at the time of Covid :nNo sanitationnNo physical distancenI came for endoscopy for gastric problem. They didn't follow even basic formality while doing endoscopy. They did it very harsh. They don't give bill receipts.

Bharavi doctor is good but reception and staff is worst. They really don't know how to treat a patient, even they didn't speak properly with patients. There is no proper step by step proper on doctor appointment and no one will guide us. Especially the person who sits in reception (apprx age :45) is very rude and he won't tell anything related to appointment. I have waited 2:30 hrs after taking an appointment, even though there is no prother appointmentappointments.nDear doctor who have very good experience and good name in khammam city but please change your staff behavior. We are coming to your hospital only because of you.

The doctor don't pay attention to wards patient if he get any know person to himnSo, please you may should think once you go to the hospital.

Doctor wise this hospital is good but when it comes to maintainance and system its not up to the mark.No card facility and health insurance accepted . Accepting only cash but not any cards is the most troubling thing here for who admitted.
