Don't buy this product no after sales service at all I had bought this ok Feb 11 2019 with in 1 month It stopped working lot of noise and no cooling I complained for service they arranged the service and technician never came to visit my place after 1 week I got a message to rate for the service the same thing happened 3 times now after 3 months still ac is not working and no service done just today complained in consumer forums going to go to court agianst lg ... Please don't buy this and waste your message money
