Visited crumbs for pastry n chicken burger. It was awesome. Ambience is good too

This hotel is an old property in Mysuru where many prominent rich and famous were their patrons. Excellent customer service, specially the concierge/Bell Captain Mr Shrinuvas is a awesome person who ensure that guests are cared well and happy. They serve complimentary basic South Indian breakfast with hand made fresh juice. The tea they serves was really delicious. However the other side is their engineering/maintenance department is not acceptable as knob is missing on shower switch, WC looked like uncared public toilet by the road. Miniral settlement over the bath room fittings need housekeeping attention. Air condition was not cooling enough, it was less effective. Hallway carpet had many stains plus it requires baseboards on both corners. In general this is a very good hotel location in nice location. Next to lobby there is a restaurant serving Italian fast food such as pizza, spegathi etc.

If you are planning for a pleasant stay and enjoy Mysore !! Please skip this hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights on November 1st and 2nd. The rooms they book online and the one they provided were totally different. The rooms and hallway stink like hell. Television doesn't have a proper remote , flush was always leaking, bathrooms are not at all clean and no proper WiFi router for using WiFi. Breakfast has very little to offer and was just ok. No proper response from hotel reception. Totally third class hotel , the property is very old and they are just running the show using old horse. There are lot of better properties in Mysore for same cost. Please skip this poor third class so called star hotel.

Stayed here two nights. Spacious rooms and service are good. Hotel located in the heart of the city, close to many tourist attractions. Needs to improve in food choices needs to be improves.

Ideal place to unwind in the cozy and well appointed bar serving some excellent beer and snacks. Service is in keeping with the mood. Would definitely recommend . Location is a big plus point.
