An year back I bought new 12 seater Sofa Set. Out of which one piece corner pushed inside right away. They been making reasons all these months later on the Covid reason now still they didn't fix it.nWhile u buy they say it will last for 10 yrs or 5 yrs etc. But the defective piece itself they didn't pick yet to repair.n*So better beware of these Pola Furniture their after sales support is very bad better to buy from Hyderabad or from others the cost will b less and quality will b good* Just a Caution to near and dears

Bought a Sofa here. Material used is of worst and cheapest quality right from the foam to cushion covers including the Zips. Quality of wood is even worse. Kindly double check with the quality before buying. Don't just go by looks.

I bought king size bed for 30000, at the time of sale they told us the material is scientifically build wood. But it was very poor quality wood that after two weeks , wood started peeling off. After calling back for service many times, they told to use carpenter services.

I would not recommend this place, on June 6th we ordered a 6/5 cot with 18 inch frame which was promised to be delivered in 4 days. the service is so bad they would never pickup calls or get back. After 20 days we got a delivery with 12inch frame which would not have been noticed if we didnt care to measure. They said they would replace it in next three days and that was 2 weeks ago and never got back after that.
