Worst Broadband... They don't respond to you properlynI requested for new connection and took 1 week to establish a connectionnThough they established connection there wasn't any internet connectionnI have to do many phone calls, they will tell will come in 1 hour but they don't come ever.nDon't choose this broadband

Since five days Iam complaining but they didn't fix it till now.And they even don't tell you what is happening.we became panic with their busy ringtones.nDuring the last rainy season water came into my box and network stopped even after several requests they hadn't visited my house.I have removed all cables during the rain and after drying i fixed it up again.nI don't suggest this network to anyone now.Thanks to Mr Rakesh,who was Nirmal incharge and very irresponsible.

If possible I would like to give a negative rating... irresponsible technicians and worst service ever seen...frequent disconnections I recommend never choose this connection

There is no proper response from anyone to fix internet issues. Every month we have issues with internet, sometimes it goes 3 to 4 days in a row and everyday they say it will be done soon or by an hour or two. But never did.
