Hi my concern is my father did FD in 1981 I applied for fd withdraw bank peoples are saying we are not getting details and they are not responding at all this sbi ADB branch at suryapet near blue sea cafe left side building 1sr floor I told the about issue past two months onwards manager is not responding after seeing these many days iamnEscualating management is not at all good, manager name prasad they are saying it's too long how we could find out ok so why bank peoples are taken FD and why did you kept long and if you guys are not at all resolving problems of customers why you are taking FD from customers tell to them we can't take long FD waste of it no services are not all Good worst service properly organized and never expect help in any issues, at till now and requests for any kind of modifications also not done
Bank is just awesome all things are well equipped. Bank environment is nice the service of the employees acceptable. This is really helpful to us . The service can be here better . The employees here resolve the customers problems really well they are well working.nnBut some patience is needed for them I believe. Over all a nice experience of banking.
