The gym is at a good location with utmost hygiene. Almost all type of machines are available there and are in good condition. The most important thing, the trainers and the gym owner Mr Kuldeep is a kind human who is always there to help you to achieve your goals.

The gym is very good, and the trainers of this gym is professional and certified, the behaviour of the trainers is friendly. The trainer will suggest you about proper diet for loosing weight and gaining weight.
