I booked a ticket online from Anand Vihar to Pilibhit and they provided me ticket for same with dropping point being Assam Chauraha, Pilibhit but during the travel they left me on Satellite Bus stand , Bareilly without any explanation or prior notice. I have lodged a complain with consumer forum on ground of breach of contract and incompetency in service.

I booked the ticket from Kalra bus service (Bareilly to Delhi) at 10:45 PM . I got the ticket from goibiGo where boarding place was mentioned as near satellite bus stand. I was unable to got the bus so I called Kalra bus service there number was switched off I asked in the information centre they told that the boarding place of private buses are not fixed. No one contacted me from kalra bus service centre. Worst experience ever. I was traveling with my brother and we missed our bus. Our 1000 RS went into vain.nI will advice to everyone please don't ever go from Kalra bus .

Worst Experience ever of travelling,all the way from Delhi to Bareilly AC water leakage just like hell, my all stuff bags, luggage clothes all got wet half of the bus AC just like Raining.nHight of frustation.nPlz never travel with this.
