OYO 29039 Hotel Jyothi International

I am giving 1 rating i don't have any option. I have visited to mandya due to official work my Company persons have the book the hotel for me, Our company has tide up with make my trip and what ever hotels its shows there will book, room has book for 2 nights but due to hotel and room issue i have left the hotel next day morning it self. I don't know make my trip will return the amount balance amount or not. Well i reach the hotel there have not done my checking and i was in rush so i inform to hotel person provide me the keys i will keep the my bags and com back, So i kept everthink done and inform them that i will com in evening please keep the room clean and provide me the basics requirements in room, After coming back to hotel in the evening the guy he shown some attitude i have ignore and taken the keys nd went inside nothing was clean, Call to reception and ask for send at least 1 water button for me i have waited for 1hr 4 times i have called them after that i have received. Many think i wan to share but finally its not good at all, for family and couples this place is not good not safe as well. over all no service not got proper response food is not good I wan to give 0 rating but i don't have any option so i have given 1 rating So my overall 1 day hotel experience was full worst and i dint get the sleep on the bed hole i was waked up, Worst hotel in mandya.

Nice place. Good service. But in these critical times management should ensure hygiene by providing proper handwash.
