I was travelling from Delhi-Mau yesterday from Shakmbhari travels. This bus meet with an accident near Aliganj(Sultanpur). All the passengers tried to connect with bus operator but no one picked call. Passengers themselves came out of bus after breaking window. Passengers called 100 and ambulance themselves. Passengers arranged another bus from there to their respective place themselves. They are not professional person at all. Never travel from this bus. We had an extremely horrible experience yesterday.
