Unbelievable is the word!!! Am I in Africa or Dubai. The Kotoka International Airport, Accra Ghana is amazing. So beautiful. Highly organized. Very decent. Very neat. I can go on and on. You will surely love this piece of architectural wonder. Definitely, our other African countries must be inspired by this and urgently upgrade many of these mushroom standard airports we are parading. Kudos Ghana. You make me proud as an African.

Kotoka recently opened after the pandemic and it is already almost fully functional. There is right security to enforce all COVID 19 prevention measures.nKotoka international airport has a brand new terminal. This new terminal is world class with faster check in, faster immigration and customs processing.nThe stores inside the airport are many and this offers a variety of duty free goods and services for travelers.nThere are gateway bridges that enable travelers to get to and from their planes quickly and easily.nThe communication systems in the airport are very clear and easy to understand, however they are mostly in English only.nAt the departures, drop off is very close to the entrance and thus travelers do not have to carry their language a long way to the check in gates.nThe airport is well equipped with security measures to ensure safety of all travelers and airport staff.nWiFi is available and very fast, however it’s available to passengers only after scanning their boarding passes.nHonestly, the other staff at this airport are very hospitable, helpful and always smiling, but expect a bit different attitude form the immigration officers.nOutside, the airport parking is very large and parking fares are affordable.

Ive been waiting 8 years to give this review! Airport staff were super friendly and VERY POLITE.nMakes me feel like I am actually a rude person ud83dude02. I definitely blame the US for that ud83dude02. Covid protocols are strictly followed here. Great airport experience very seamless. Beautiful and clean facility! VISIT GHANA
