Camp Nelson National Cemetery

My brother and some family are buried here.I love the upkeep of the cemetery and respect they give everyone.

Very interesting historical spot in Nicholasville. As the third largest U.S. Colored Troops recruiting and training camp established during the civil war, it's an important piece to the history of Kentucky. The views here are incredible. It's easily accessible and has an audio tour as well I believe.

My grandfather Ralph Corman is buried there I always remember when I was very young he would say when my time comes bury me at Camp Nelson because everyone is treated the same RIP & Thanks to all who have served
