Washington Park East Cemetery - Washington Park Cemetery Association

Been too long since I have been to visit here. Truly disappointed in the upkeep. This was once a peaceful & serene resting place. As a drove to the back I could see what has been mentioned by others. Tall weeds and grass around all the stand up headstones. Absolutely no weed trim done at all. Lawn was not cut between those headstones. I noticed rows completely missed, not cut at all either due to a tree or too many stones in the way. The cemetery is not paying anyone to keep this up properly or the landscaping company is not doing what they are paid for. Either way the families/loved ones are being cheated. Someone needs to address this. Washington Park or a local news crew.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of respect they have for the grounds. The place is a mess. This is a place that should be well maintained as a tribute to those we have lost, and it is not.

The office staff has been very helpful when I have asked for assistance in locating graves.

I brought my whole family to visit my dad's grave, I am always impressed with how beautiful the park is and how friendly the staff are.

I've noticed for the last year & half or so the grounds not being kept up well. I usually make sure to keep my mothers site nice on my own. We take an edger and go around the stone & vase to keep things nice. Ive said I was going to call several times but always let it go .until now..I reached my breaking point when finding my Mothers gravesite in disarray & disrespect in my opionion.
