For wellness training I would suggest you to contact front desk of the gym. This gym runs many corporate offers like couple memberships and many other affordable offers. This has modern spa where you don’t need to be worry about changing or getting ready for office. You just come gym and head to office directly. Locker facility is available with large compartments. No need to be worry about atmosphere change as this gym provides hot and cool water for bathing. To check your progress you can ask for BCA (Body Compositions Analysis).
