I good place for workout. I also go there and the trainers are helpful and good. The ambience is also good.

The staff members are very good, trainers are also very good and friendly and the whole gym is centrally air conditioned, there are showers, steambath, messaging room. The gym used to get cleaned frequently , the machines also get after every single workout.
