Anchor Painting is the company you want to hire for your painting needs. They were responsive to our request for proposal (8 building complex), spent a great deal of time with us reviewing all our needs and answering questions regarding the products used, process for completing the job and set expectations for the work to be performed. They were punctual, professional and provided a quality product. They went above and beyond to address every issue brought to their attention. They also provide a guarantee of their workmanship. It was refreshing to have owners of our complex come out and rave about the work being done and how professional the staff was. Thank you to Ryan, Scott, the office staff and your team of painters. Our HOA hired Anchor Painting to do three phases of painting 189 homes and clubhouse in Pine Creek subdivision this year and I was on the Paint Committee working closely with Anchor Painting. They completed Phase 1 and painted 71 houses plus the clubhouse and monuments in 40 days. This company is the absolute best in Florida. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism, timeliness, organization ability, quality of work, efficiency, integrity, honesty and reliability. Ryan Bonner, the owner, and his entire staff are great to work with and make sure the customer is satisfied with the finished product. The price was outstanding and the entire staff were hands-on throughout the project. We look forward to working with Anchor Painting for Phase 2 and 3 of our painting project and will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs a quality paint project done. I have never used this company. However I contacted them in June to see if they could give me a quote for a small painting job, as I think they have done others in my community. I spoke with Dani on the phone and let her know I was in no rush to get the job done, just wanted to get a quote so I could plan. She told me they were very busy right now but since I did not need the job done soon she could get someone out to quote me in a few weeks. She took down address and contact information (phone & email). Now In July I email her to see if she knows when they will be out, and her story totally changes to say they don't have time to quote me and she is sorry she mislead me, she needed to ask the office manager! So not only did you not do what you said, you did not even contact me to let me know. So I have just been waiting a month for nothing. It is very unprofessional.
