I love this place, history place, net and clean city

One of the stations in Sealdah- Naihati line. The place is the birth place of the famous Bengali Lokmata Rani Rashmoni who build the Dwakhiniswar Kali temple. The station compound is net and clean well maintained.

Halisahar is a town of great religious importance. There is a famous Kali temple called Ram Prasad Bhita nearly 3 km from Halisahar railway station and some 500 meters from Halishahar Municipality bus stand.

There is a foot bridge for crossing line. Ticket counter is available in each platform. Digital ticket counter is also available. There is also ladies waiting room.very nice.
