Worst bank ever, there staff are the worst rude and unresponsive..too arrogant staff from watchman to manager.. bank too is too small, worst customer service.

This bank is too small for its class. All bank staffs response is so bad. They should change name first from Karnataka bank to Telugu bank. Especially few lady staff are so rude and don't speak Kannada at all. It seems manager is nalayak. He also speaks in hindi, english or telugu with those staff but he can't make them to speak in Kannada though Karnataka govt made a strict rule that bank staff should speak in regional language.

Its a very narrow place not giving good comfortable feeling to this bank customers,,, bank staffs a not soo good they wouldn't respond properly as like all other bank staff
