A mosque with holes on the tip of the dome, depicted by its name. Stands beside the railway tracks, a good spot for photography. If u can climb the stairs of the mosque, you can enjoy a good view from the top, although its better to avoid the stairs as they are slippery and poorly made.

Such a wonderful and Historical masjid in Murshidabad. unfortunately this Masjid is not preserved by archeological survey of India or West Bengal government, local people uses this Masjid for drinking alcohol and Marijuana. Shame on WB govt!

Usless to see, no maintenance. No way to easily reach. No stairs to sept inside the masjid.

Futi masjid is one of the largest mosque in Murshidabad... It is 202 km away from Kolkata and 1.5 km from Hazarduari palace situated beside railline... Architectural style- Islamic... It is said to have been built by Nawab Sarfaraz Khan in a single night... It has five domes and four spiral staircases at its four corners.... However, the domes are still incomplete... At the top of the every domes of this mosque, there are hole that indicates the name.... The mosque at present is in ruins and has been overgrown by a jungle nearby.... It may fall any moment...
